1. who provides the service
These terms govern the site and the portal. The GIGAGROUP brand is also referred to internally as GigaBank.
GB has operated in virtual assets since before 2 February 2026 and is applying to the Central Bank of Brazil for authorization as a virtual-asset service provider in the intermediary category. The application is not a granted license.
2. the service
GB intermediates buy, sell and exchange of virtual assets for the client, focused on USD stablecoins (USDT and USDC) and international payments. The set covers +100 cryptos. Quotes can be RFQ or an order book.
The current clients are legal entities, especially foreign-trade companies. Individuals are not served in this version. Access is a digital platform, including the client’s own API. It is not white-label and not an offer to third parties’ end users.
GB does not custody assets. A contracted custodian holds them. Liquidity comes from contracted providers. Cash settlement runs only through accounts at institutions authorized by the Central Bank.
3. onboarding and kyc
No relationship starts without identification. For a company, GB checks legal name, company id or website, activity, address, revenue, constitutional documents, officers and the chain up to the beneficial owner (25% or significant influence).
PEP status, purpose and source of funds are also checked. GB may refuse or close an account.
4. user duties
Whoever operates the portal states that:
- they can bind the company;
- registration data is true;
- the operation is the company’s own, from a lawful source;
- the service will not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or control evasion;
- passwords, codes and recovery phrases will not be shared;
- any payment-detail change received by email will be confirmed on an independent channel.
5. aml and integrity
Unusual operations may be reported to Coaf. GB keeps fraud-prevention, an integrity program (Law 12,846/2013) and a code of ethics. GB does not promise yield on virtual assets.
6. risks
Crypto assets are not covered by FGC or FGCoop. Volatility and liquidity risk apply. Past performance is not future results. Central Bank approval is pending.
7. records
Registration, operations, on-chain ids and Travel Rule data, when any, are kept electronically for at least ten years.
8. support and reports
Product complaints: the institutional email. Suspected misconduct can be anonymous, with the subject “report”. Retaliation for a good-faith report is a serious breach.
9. venue
Brazilian law applies. Venue is the courts of Goiânia/GO.
